Summary of Position

Join our dynamic team as an Ordering & Inventory Manager. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in handling wholesale and B2C ordering and overseeing inventory. Ideal applicants should have more than 2 years of experience ordering products for retail.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • B2B ordering, including placing orders, confirming timely delivery, and proper communication.
  • B2C ordering, including placing orders, confirming timely delivery, and proper communication.
  • Blank inventory management, as it pertains to accurate counts and usage.
  • Inventory planning, as it pertains to managing printed inventory.
  • EDI Controller, as it relates to ensuring all orders are placed and coordinating information.
  • Track inventory and determine what products need to be ordered.
  • Working with ordering budgets and finding ways to reduce material costs.
  • Working with printer on delivery dates and wholesale coordination.
  • Strategically develop product opportunities with B2B.
  • Establishing and maintaining measurable performance metrics for ordering / inventory.
  • Restocking, including reorders.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze stock levels and consumer ordering to accurately order.
  • Experience with ordering, EDI, and inventory platforms a plus.

Responsibilities include assisting the management team in:

  • Create captivating designs for T-shirts and other licensed apparel, aligning with our brand aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver concepts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging design techniques, and consumer preferences to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
  • Liaison with the Creative Director on new designs and ideas.
  • Undertake relevant research and generate product design ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software.
  • Drawing skills with an attention to detail (both by hand and digital pen).
  • Experience designing for apparel decoration.
  • Skilled in Adobe Suite and other design platforms.
  • Timeliness.

Retail Store Key Holder

Summary of Position

The Charlie Hustle store offers a comfortable shopping experience, with staff dedicated to helping customers find the perfect new items to represent their favorite team, hometown, or local BBQ. We want to connect with each customer and offer enthusiasm from entry to exit. They key holder should be fashion-forward, with a passion for incorporating t-shirts into a trendy look all while performing basic operational and transactional functions. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities include assisting the management team in:

  • Training, coaching, and developing employees and team leaders.
  • Delegating tasks to learn and providing follow-up.
  • Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed.
  • Ensuring team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service.
  • Ensuring product quality, store cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met.
  • Staffing and scheduling appropriately control labor costs.
  • Ensuring proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed.
  • Ensuring appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year retail experience. Management experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Possess a positive attitude and ethics, which support our values and culture.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused store.
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Creatively show fashion-forward personal style with a t-shirt focus.
  • Must be customer-focused, energetic, and have an outgoing personality.
  • 20-30 hours of availability per week.

Retail Store Brand Ambassador

Summary of Position

The Charlie Hustle store offers a comfortable shopping experience, with staff dedicated to helping customers find the perfect new items to represent their favorite team, hometown, or local BBQ. We want to connect with each customer and offer enthusiasm from entry to exit. They brand ambassador should be fashion-forward, with a passion for incorporating t-shirts into a trendy look all while performing basic operational and transactional functions. This is a part-time position. 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Sales - ability to generate sales, add-on, and develop relationships with customers.
  • Client Service - ensures that the client remains top priority.
  • Be able to speak to the history, core values, and mission of Charlie Hustle.
  • Ability to organize and lift merchandise, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and maintain within guidelines.
  • Assist in sales at both the retail location (located on the Plaza) and the warehouse hub (located in the Crossroads).
  • Ability to capture accurate information for all transactions, including signatures, addresses, and original receipt data.
  • Communicates effectively with customers, members of management, store associates, and HQ.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business (part-time maximum 28 hours per week).
  • Eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.
  • Assists in the completion of daily projects while keeping the focus on the customer experience.
  • Contributes to the team by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
  • Provide the best d*mn customer service on the Plaza.
  • Evoke happiness for our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Retail clothing experience preferred.
  • Creatively show fashion forward personal style with a t-shirt focus.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of eight (8) hours per week.
  • Have 20 or more hours available to be scheduled each week.
  • High-energy and have an outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • May be required to lift 30 pounds.
  • Available to work two or more weekends a month.
  • An understanding of Kansas City's culture, history, and sports teams is a plus, but not required.
