The Newark Eagles were a Negro National League team from 1936 to 1948. The team was formed in 1936 when the Newark Dodgers merged with the Brooklyn Eagles after Abe Manley and his wife, Effa, purchased the Dodgers franchise and combined the teams' rosters. The Eagles won the Negro World Series in 1946, upsetting the Kansas City Monarchs in a 7-game series, before ultimately disbanding in 1950. Pay tribute with this vintage-inspired Newark Eagles T-Shirt!
Made of 50% Polyester, 50% Cotton, giving it an ultra soft, worn in feel and superior drape.
