Story
Organized in 1905 by John Connors, the portly black owner of the Brooklyn Royal Cafe, the Giants were one of the best ballclubs in the East during the first decade of the century and claimed eastern championships in 1909, 1910, 1914, and 1916. When the Eastern Colored League was organized in 1923, the Royals became charter members and played in the league until 1923. They later joined the Negro National League before ultimately disbanding in 1942. Pay tribute to one of the best Negro League teams with this vintage-inspired Brooklyn Royal Giants T-Shirt!
